Indianapolis Jazz Club... Celebrating 56 Years of Traditional Jazz

Our Bob Warren's radio program, "Jazz Rendezvous" can be heard
each Tuesday morning at 10 a.m.  on WICR-FM The Diamond 88.7 FM

Our Harry Riser's radio program "Great Big Bands" can be heard
twice per week on WICR-FM The Diamond 88.7 FM on Monday
from 10 to 11 a.m. and on Saturday from 8 to 9 a.m.

The Indianapolis Jazz Club was founded in 1956
to promote, preserve, perform and educate people about jazz
-- an important American contribution to the Arts.

We are an organization providing presentations of
Traditional, Dixieland Jazz and Big Band music.

We are a congenial group of jazz lovers who enjoy listening to
live jazz, association with other jazz enthusiasts, and
want to support the music we love.

We are a non-profit organization that funds itself through
dues and concert admissions to members and the general public.

We publish a periodical news letter Jazz Notes which contains
information about upcoming programs and news of the jazz world.

Our activities include frequent jazz concerts featuring
nationally-known musicians and local musicians.

We also support educational efforts to make students
more aware of jazz.  This includes reduced concert prices of $5.00.
